Defender Ready supports household preparedness education and organization. It is not an emergency dispatch service, medical provider, legal service, licensed professional, or substitute for official instructions, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized professional advice.
Acceptance and scope
Cyber Atlas LLC does business as Defender Outfitters and provides the Defender Ready website, planning tools, and enabled services described in these terms.
By using this website or Defender Ready, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to website visitors and users of the current Defender Ready preview.
Defender Ready remains a changing preview. Features, content, data sources, availability, and these terms may be updated or discontinued. A checkout or connected service is active only when the screen clearly says it is enabled.
Educational and planning use
Preparedness checklists, supply suggestions, health-information frameworks, hazard context, field references, and planning prompts are general information. They cannot account for every household, disability, medical condition, location, law, building, route, product, or changing emergency.
- Verify important information with current official sources and qualified professionals.
- Do not delay emergency assistance, diagnosis, treatment, evacuation, or official action because of this website.
- Do not rely on one device, route, data source, checklist, or stored copy as your only plan.
- Review plans with household members and update them when circumstances change.
Emergencies, health, and safety
For an emergency or immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service and follow instructions from public-safety officials. For poisoning concerns in the United States, contact Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Weather, evacuation, health, legal, and product-safety information can change without notice.
Route tools do not confirm legal access, road or trail condition, property boundaries, closures, terrain, weather, fuel, communications, or personal ability. Maps and compass bearings can be incomplete or wrong. Always verify a route using current official and local information.
Device data and outside services
Defender Ready stores core planning information on the device you use. It may be lost if you clear device data, use private browsing, uninstall software, or experience device failure. Keep an encrypted backup and do not treat any single device or service as your only emergency plan.
Ready Sync is optional. If enabled, the app encrypts recognized plan data before sending the encrypted envelope to cloud storage. You are responsible for safeguarding the Ready Sync ID and recovery key. Defender Outfitters cannot recover a lost key, decrypt the cloud copy, guarantee synchronization, or restore a deleted vault. Anyone who obtains both pairing values may be able to access the synchronized plan.
Offline changes may wait for reconnection. If the device and cloud copy both change, Ready Sync requires a version choice and does not merge individual fields. Review synchronized information on every paired device before relying on it.
Optional risk, weather, alert, map, and routing features depend on government and third-party services, including FEMA or ArcGIS services, the National Weather Service, OSRM, and OpenStreetMap. We do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, completeness, privacy practices, or continued operation. Your use of an outside service is also subject to that provider's terms.
Catalog, availability, and store transactions
The website catalog is a representative shopping and research guide. Product images, descriptions, specifications, manufacturer suggested prices, finishes, compatibility, availability, and distributor access can change. Contact the store to verify the exact manufacturer item, condition, configuration, price, and availability before making a decision.
No firearm sale or transfer is completed through this website or Defender Ready. Firearm transactions are handled in person or through an eligible receiving FFL and remain subject to identification, eligibility, age, residency, background-check, waiting-period, transfer, and other applicable requirements. The store may decline or stop a transaction when required by law, policy, safety, or incomplete information.
A submitted Request List is an expression of interest and a request for store follow-up. It is not an order, contract, price quote, payment, deposit, inventory reservation, sourcing guarantee, firearm eligibility decision, or promise that an item can be obtained. The store must separately confirm the exact item, current price, availability, and applicable transaction requirements.
An optic-fit verification request asks the store to review a specific firearm, mounting system, optic, plate, and hardware path. It is not a fit guarantee, installation authorization, order, product reservation, or substitute for current manufacturer instructions and inspection of the exact equipment.
An FFL transfer request asks the store to review a proposed incoming dealer shipment. Submitting the form does not authorize shipment, guarantee acceptance, reserve service, determine firearm eligibility, or complete a transfer. The customer and sending dealer must wait for Defender Outfitters to confirm acceptance and provide current instructions. The standard $30 fee does not automatically apply to nonstandard, multiple-firearm, private-party, or NFA requests.
When Defender Ready checkout is enabled, it accepts eligible non-firearm products only. It does not accept firearms, ammunition, weapon lights, lasers, firearm parts, or other firearm accessories. Those products may remain visible in the main website catalog for research or a separate Request List.
Ready prices are based on the displayed MSRP unless the checkout says otherwise. Payment does not guarantee that distributor inventory remains available. Defender Outfitters will confirm availability and fulfillment after payment, will not substitute an unavailable item without your approval, and will void or refund the affected amount as appropriate.
Ready checkout is currently intended for eligible credit cards only; debit and prepaid cards are not accepted. Any permitted card differential and the maximum total are disclosed before you continue to Valor's hosted payment page. Review the final amount on that page before submitting payment.
Any screen identified as a preview or sandbox is not a live offer, order, charge, shipment, or account. Do not enter real payment-card information into a preview or sandbox screen.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce protected content in a way that violates law or rights, misrepresent the store, or use planning information to create danger.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device, browser profile, Ready Sync pairing details, saved plans, and any information you choose to enter. Avoid entering information that would create unnecessary risk if someone else accessed the device or recovery key.
Disclaimers and limits
The website and preview are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Defender Outfitters disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular emergency, health decision, route, purchase, or legal requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Defender Outfitters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the website, loss of device-stored information, outside services, unavailable products, or decisions made from general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without overriding consumer protections or other rights that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Contact and changes
We may update these terms as the website, Defender Ready, store services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use.
